  • 400 grams of Nutella
  • 500 grams of mascarpone cheese
  • 500 grams of whipping cream
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • Milk required quantity
  • Soletilla sponge cakes required quantity
  • Toasted hazelnuts to taste

Steps to follow

  1. Mix the mascarpone cheese with the Nutella at room temperature so that it is a homogeneous cream.
  2. Whip the cream and then pour it into the previous preparation.
  3. Make a cup of coffee without sugar and pour in a splash of cold milk.
  4. Dip a cake in the coffee with milk and put the first layer in a mold.
  5. Spread a part of the mascarpone cream with Nutella and cream.

  • 150 grams of mascarpone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of instant coffee
  • 6 tablespoons Nutella
  • 50 grams of chocolate powder
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 30 grams of chocolate chips
  • 50 grams of icing sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt

How do you prepare?

You must first prepare the white cake. To do this, beat the butter with the sugar until you get a smooth cream. Then, pour in the vanilla essence and melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Once it is liquid, add to the previous preparation. Then add the eggs, milk and beat.

When you’re done, add the flour and baking powder while continuing to beat. Place in a previously greased and floured mold and bake for half an hour at 165 ° C. Take out of the oven and let it cool down.
