  • 4 cups of water (1 liter).
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon powder or a sprig (3 g).

Process

  1. First we will add the water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
  2. Next, we will add the lemon peel and cook for 5 or 10 minutes.
  3. After the indicated time, we will turn off the fire and add all the spices.
  4. Then we will cover the casserole and let the infusion rest for 10 minutes.
  5. We will strain it and let it cool a little before consuming it.
  6. If we wish, we can sweeten it with whole cane sugar, honey or stevia.

In addition to taking into account all these foods mentioned, do not forget to do physical exercise 3 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes. To obtain the benefits of these spices it is necessary to carry out a healthy and balanced diet.
